Manager (m/f/d) IN-Service Support GBAD (Industrial Engineer)

These are your tasks:

• Among other things, you will support international customers during the utilization phase of our ground-based air defense (GBAD) systems and will be responsible for repair, spare parts management, and technical-logistical support.
• Through your work, you will ensure the availability of the GBAD system at the customer site and will be the central point of contact for all matters during In-Service.
• Furthermore, you will prepare offers for support services, conduct negotiations, and be involved in the conclusion and processing of logistics contracts.
• Additionally, you will coordinate training sessions and support the creation of documentation.
• You will present and represent your work and results to customers and contractual partners in an international environment.

What you bring with you:

• For this position, your completed technical degree or your training as a state-certified technician, ideally with several years of relevant professional experience, is the ideal prerequisite.
• Ideally, you have already been entrusted with the support of military systems and possess knowledge in the area of military procurement processes or contracting with public clients.
• Your enjoyment of customer contact, willingness to travel, as well as very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
