Technical Team Leader (m/f/d) Quality Management Army Systems

These are your tasks:

• You are responsible for the disciplinary and technical cross-site management of the Quality Management Army Systems department.
• You contribute to the definition of the quality strategy in order to achieve long-term customer satisfaction.
• QM planning and the coordination of QM-relevant processes are also your responsibility.
• You are responsible for the implementation of quality activities in national and international projects and coordinate project-specific requirements and changes with customers.
• You actively contribute to the further development of QM processes, guidelines, and standards and ultimately hold the role of a competent contact person for internal and external interfaces.

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed (technical) university degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable course of study, preferably with an additional qualification in the field of quality management (QM).
• Strong skills in team leadership and communication are as natural to you as previously collected professional experience in the field of QM.
• Furthermore, you convince us with your very good specialist knowledge in relevant norms, standards, and tools in the QM environment.
• A sense of responsibility is among your strengths, as are goal orientation and assertiveness.
• A committed and independent way of working as well as good English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
