Technical Team Lead (m/f/d) Configuration Management Air Defense (Industrial Engineer)

These are your tasks:

• In this role, you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a cross-location team in the field of Configuration Management, with the goal of developing them in a complex environment, optimally promoting potential, and strengthening teamwork.
• You ensure that the products assigned to your technical team are accompanied by the necessary resources and technical expertise of Configuration Management to guarantee optimal added value.
• In addition, you carry out cost center, investment, and personnel planning and ensure the compliant and economical implementation of CM processes and guidelines in projects.
• You coordinate regularly with all adjacent areas, check new or changed CM processes and CM guidelines for their applicability, and ensure their implementation in your team.
• You take over the implementation of Configuration Management in selected projects, are the contact person for Product Managers and Project Managers, and represent Configuration Management in audits (e.g., certification, surveillance, system, quality management audits).

This is what you bring:

• You have a completed university degree in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification as well as at least five years of experience.
• You already have several years of professional experience in the field of Configuration Management and possess sound knowledge and experience in common norms, standards, and tools. An extended subject-specific additional qualification is an advantage.
• You have leadership experience and pronounced skills in interdisciplinary team leadership and communication.
• Your strong communication and presentation skills are among your strengths, as are goal orientation and assertiveness. Furthermore, you convince through empathy, the ability to motivate others, and the promotion of a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Very good English skills and a high willingness to travel round off your profile.
