Specialist Buyer (m/f/d) for Investment Procurement (Buyer)

Tasks:

• Within the scope of this activity, you will actively support procurement in the sourcing of required parts and materials for the specialist departments.
• You will independently initiate and monitor ordering processes and, to do so, obtain information on reference prices and potential suppliers.
• You will check the technical requirements in cooperation with your team and clarify the corresponding quality requirements.
• Furthermore, you will monitor delivery dates and manage any necessary complaints.
• You will also support the department in preparing documents for presentations and can present important key figures in a clear manner.
• Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks, such as master data maintenance in the ERP system, as well as processing workflows.

Profile:

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics or engineering or possess a comparable qualification or training with professional experience.
• You have already gained experience in investment procurement, ideally in the construction sector.
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications and, furthermore, possess SAP knowledge.
• You can use your communication skills – also in English – profitably in your role.
