For our site Diehl Aviation in Laupheim we are looking for a:

(Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

Drive strategic projects that shape the future of Diehl Aviation

Translate market and competitor insights into concrete strategic recommendations

Support portfolio and product strategies and identify new business opportunities

Contribute to M&A assessments and international cooperation projects

Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior leadership

Who we are looking for:

Higher university degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar – MBA is a plus

Multiple years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in aviation

Strong analytical mindset and project management skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Business fluent in English and German, French is a plus; willingness to travel
