Pre Onboarding

• Coordinate pre hire documentation (offer letters, background checks, ID proofs, compliance documents).
• Prepare onboarding schedules and share welcome communications with new hires.
• Maintain and update onboarding checklists, SOPs, and templates.

Post Onboarding & Employee Integration

• Address onboarding queries and provide continuous support to new hires.
• Collect feedback and drive improvements to the onboarding program.

Data Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate onboarding records in HRIS and employee files.
• Track onboarding metrics (time to onboard, feedback scores).

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience
