Internship in the field of Human Resources Development

The Österreichische Nationalbank in 1090 Wien is looking to strengthen its team with 3 Internships in the field of Human Resources Development, duration of 5 months (employment level 80-100%) starting from 01.11.2026

Full-time or part-time (fixed-term until 31.03.2027)

Your tasks

• Administrative support in the recruiting process

• Support in the onboarding and offboarding of employees and interns (e.g., conducting exit interviews with interns, creating contracts, service certificates, ...)

• Comprehensive support of interns during their entire employment cycle

• Participation in personnel marketing and social media activities

• Support in the conception and organization of human resources development instruments

• Contact person for employees on various human resources development topics

Your profile

• Ongoing studies (preferably with an HR focus) is absolutely required

• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PPT)

• Enjoyment of teamwork and communication with internal and external customers

• Organizational skills and an independent, proactive way of working

• Interest in learning various HR and software tools

• Very good English skills
