Your tasks

• Preparation and execution of public procurement procedures and orders in compliance with the Bundesvergabegesetz

• Conducting negotiations with internal and external stakeholders

• Involvement in all legal and business matters of the procurement department of the OeNB

• Preparation and review of contracts in compliance with private and public law regulations

• Procurement law consultancy

• Participation in in-house projects

Your profile

• Completed degree in Law

• Profound knowledge of procurement law and contract law

• Practical experience in conducting procurement procedures

• Several years of relevant professional experience

• Ability to analyze complex facts

• Very good English skills

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Knowledge of electronic filing systems is an advantage

• Very good communication and conflict resolution skills

• Commitment and independent, responsible working style

• Strong teamwork skills

• Sense of responsibility as well as precise and structured way of working

In accordance with the required level of education, the annual gross salary for career starters is

EUR 56,025.- on a full-time basis (excl. any overtime). With appropriate education and several years of professional experience, we offer market-conform overpayment.
