Sales Assistant Food or Chemical Eng - recent graduates/no experience necessary

Sales Assistant requested with Food Eng, Chemical Eng or related, recent graduates without necessary experience. We will train you.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the sales functions of a Salesperson.
• Determine prices and sales conditions for different clients based on price lists and established policies.
• Ensure that clients receive their orders in a timely and proper manner.
• Cooperate with the Credit and Collections department to ensure client payments according to each of their payment terms.
• Maintain and boost sales and therefore the company's revenue.
• Order scheduling.
• Quotations to clients.
• Registration of new clients.
• Samples and development of new products with different laboratories for clients.
• Follow-up on claims, returns, and non-conformities.
• Support to the Collections area.
• Support to the Quality Assurance department.
• Processing of Credit applications.
• Capture of expense accounts.
• Market research and client follow-up (maintenance).
• Travel planning, support with databases.

We offer a salary of $9,451.20 pesos + statutory benefits + additional bonus of $2,650 pesos + superior benefits (Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, free dining).

Schedules: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00hrs with one hour for lunch and Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00hrs.
