We are currently recruiting for an experienced Transaction Services Manager to join a growing professional services team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Services professional looking to progress their career, working on a broad range of transactions and advising corporate, private equity and investment clients.

The Role

As a Transaction Services Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and delivering financial due diligence assignments, working closely with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assignments.
  • Reviewing and analysing financial information, including quality of earnings, net debt and working capital .
  • Identifying key financial risks, opportunities and commercial considerations within transactions.
  • Preparing clear, commercially focused due diligence reports.
  • Managing multiple assignments and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.
  • Liaising directly with business owners, purchasers, investors and legal advisers.
  • Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and contributing to business development opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with wider advisory and transaction teams.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence professional with a strong technical accounting and commercial understanding.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or a similar advisory environment .
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience working on transactions and interpreting complex financial information.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • The confidence to deal directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing assignments and supporting more junior colleagues.
  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
