We are currently recruiting for a Transaction Services Executive to join a growing professional services team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Transaction Services professional looking to develop their career, gain further exposure to financial due diligence and work on a variety of transactions.

The Role

You will work as part of a Transaction Services team, supporting the delivery of financial due diligence assignments for a range of corporate, private equity and investment clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assignments.
  • Analysing financial information, including quality of earnings, net debt and working capital .
  • Reviewing historical and forecast financial performance.
  • Identifying key financial risks, trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Assisting with the preparation of clear and commercially focused due diligence reports.
  • Working closely with Managers and Senior team members throughout assignments.
  • Liaising with clients and other advisers as part of the transaction process.
  • Managing your own areas of work and delivering to agreed deadlines.
  • Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate.

About You

We are looking for a motivated Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence professional who is keen to progress within a growing advisory environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience within Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Audit or a similar environment .
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • A good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or be working towards qualification, is desirable.
