???? Dice Group is Hiring – Recruitment Section Head – Blue Collar ???? Location: Helwan – Egypt Job Summary: Dice Group is looking for an experienced Recruitment Section Head – Blue Collar to lead blue-collar recruitment operations across our garment manufacturing factories. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Blue-Collar Recruitment Team
• Develop and implement mass recruitment strategies
• Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled on time
• Manage recruitment for Operators, Helpers, Quality, Cutting, Packing, and other factory positions
• Develop effective sourcing channels and candidate pipelines
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and team performance
• Coordinate with Factory HR, Production, and Planning teams
• Conduct recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews, and job fairs
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes

???? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field ???? 4–8 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition ???? Strong experience in Blue-Collar / Mass Recruitment ???? Experience in Garment, Apparel, Textile, or Manufacturing is preferred ???? Experience managing recruitment teams ???? Strong knowledge of manpower planning and recruitment KPIs ????
