Export Coordinator

Job Summary: Dice Group is looking for a detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating export shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders to international customers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track export shipments from order readiness to final delivery Prepare and review export and shipping documentation Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams Follow up on booking, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines Ensure compliance with export procedures and required documentation Coordinate with Merchandising, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays or documentation issues

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 3–7 years of experience in Export / Logistics, preferably in the Garment / Apparel Industry Good knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills Good command of English Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
