Civil Engineers / Architects / Mechanical Engineers for Project Management & Supervision of building projects

ΔΙΑΡΧΩΝ, an architectural design company based in the center of Athens, seeks to collaborate with Civil Engineers, Architects, and Mechanical Engineers for building project management, Project Management, and supervision.

Responsibilities: Monitoring of studies and construction Preparation of reports and updating the Project Manager

Required Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering from T.E.I. / A.E.I. At least 5 years of experience in supervision and coordination of building project construction sites - relevant experience in office building construction and building renovation, or similar studies of private or public projects is desirable. Proficiency in drafting pre-measurements, measurements, and project budgets Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written) Knowledge of MS Office applications

Skills: Ability to organize, coordinate, and manage parallel tasks Information analysis and evaluation skills Prioritization and immediate responsiveness Hardworking, consistency, and adherence to procedures Experience with Law 4412 regarding Public Works will be considered an asset Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project applications will be considered an asset
