RECEPTIONIST (GENERAL)

We are seeking an assertive, highly disciplined, and proactive Compliance Specialist / Receptionist to join our local BPO team in Makati City/Alabang. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as our internal policy gatekeeper—ensuring that all employees strictly follow company rules, security guidelines, and behavioral protocols without exception. Operating right from our front office, you will serve as the first line of defense for corporate policy enforcement, physical security screenings, and local administrative compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Educational Background • Degree: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology / Criminal Justice, Legal Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
