Guest Relations Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Friendly, confident, proactive, and excellent in communication.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with sales, promotion, and customer follow-up.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Willing to work on shifts.
