Your tasks

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Design, supervise, and maintain the operational financial control of the company through the detailed analysis of real (non-tax) income and expenses, the preparation and monitoring of budgets, efficient treasury management, and the optimization of bank rates/commissions, in order to provide reliable and timely information for the strategic decision-making of the Management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Budgets and Expenses: Design and monitor the annual operating budget, identifying variations, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities.
  • Reports for Management: Prepare the Operating Income Statement (Real non-tax P&L) and monthly cash flow (Cash Flow) projections.
  • Banking Management: Actively audit and renegotiate commissions, interest rates, and credit lines with financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work experience: 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience in positions such as Senior Financial Analyst, Junior Controller, Finance Coordinator, or Financial Planning (FP&A).
  • Advanced mastery of Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas, financial models, and projections).
  • Management of corporate/operational finances (clear differentiation between tax accounting vs. real flow).
  • Desirable management of ERPs (SAP, NetSuite, CONTPAQi, Zoho, etc.) and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • High sense of analysis, autonomy, negotiation capacity with banks, and executive communication.
  • Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
