As our HSE Manager, you'll play a leading role in shaping the site's safety culture, implementing innovative processes, and ensuring our colleagues return home safely every day. From influencing major projects and operational design to coaching leaders and driving continuous improvement, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference from day one in a role where no two days are the same.

Your tasks

A typical day may involve

• Leading HSE activities for a new DHL Supply Chain operation, building a strong Safety First culture from day one.
• Driving HSE projects, implementing safe systems, processes and training across transport and warehousing.
• Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage audits and embed a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

This role would suit people who

• Experienced HSE professional with a strong background in transport and warehousing,
• Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of working through a new start up/similar projects would be beneficial
• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
