Working at the interface with the company's customers, couriers, and customer service. Administrative support for the courier network (handling errors, assisting with credit card charges, etc.). Handling incorrect shipments, including working with interfaces abroad. Collection, monitoring, and handling with business and private customers. Handling distribution instructions. Physical support, including operational morning tasks. Operational assistance in sorting if necessary. Working with LOST AND FOUND shipments and all handling with abroad. Support towards external service providers. English at reading and writing level. Experience in providing service and high service consciousness. Experience and knowledge in computer systems.
