The logistics company DHL is looking for an Import Operations Team Leader

Routine management of the import operations team during the shift. Responsibility for task distribution, prioritization, and balancing workloads. Management of unloading, loading, receiving, and handling processes for import shipments. Leading shift teams and providing professional responses to employees. Training, mentoring, and professional guidance of employees during work. Management of the work schedule and adaptation of resources to operational needs. Responsibility for meeting operational, quality, and service targets. Handling exceptions and providing real-time solutions in a multi-tasking environment. Routine work with internal and external interfaces and providing professional and high-quality service. Supporting operational activity throughout the day as needed.

Full-time position:

• Sundays – 04:00-13:00
• Monday-Thursday 06:45-15:45
• Fridays on an alternating basis

There is an option for significant overtime.

• Previous experience in an operational role – a significant advantage.
