Good work!About the positionThe role of Expedition Clerk ensures that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately checked, prepared, and dispatched in close cooperation with colleagues. In this role, you are responsible for a smooth and correct flow of goods within the incoming and outgoing transport processes. Key responsibilities:

• Checking shipping documents (instructions, labels, packing lists)
• Unloading trucks and placing pallets in the correct locations
• Preparing outgoing shipments based on carrier, building, and urgency
• Loading trucks with the correct pallets into the correct trailers
• Checking the quality and quantity of shipments and reporting deviations, delays, or problems to the team leader

Working hours:The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

• Good command of the English language, both oral and written
• Computer skills (TMS systems, e.g., SAP and Microsoft Office 365)
• Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack
