Your tasks
Role purpose Leading, strategizing and implementing the transport requirements to ensure smooth and effective transport operations to achieve the set objectives, targets, and goals within the set budget.
Impact
- Implement operational strategies within the scope of responsibility
- Understand and drive optimal performance within determined scope of Transport execution.
- Execute improvement initiatives within our transport operations to achieve overall targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in transport or distribution operations, ideally in contract logistics or 3PL
- Background in network planning, transport operations, project management
- Solid knowledge of transport management and transport planning
- Good understanding of logistics operations
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams
