Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial, Logistics, or related field (graduated or in the process of graduation).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse, or distribution centers.
• Intermediate conversational English, with the ability to maintain communication and follow-up with clients or work teams.
• Management of WMS systems; experience in Blue Yonder is desirable.
• Intermediate Excel, with knowledge in data analysis, reports, and macros.
• Experience in managing operational personnel, KPI monitoring, and process control.
• Leadership, effective communication, results orientation, and decision-making ability.
• Schedule availability.

Activities:

• Supervise and ensure compliance with the operational indicators (KPIs) established by the operation.
• Manage strategies for reducing staff turnover and strengthening the work climate.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and programs, following up on preventive and corrective actions.
• Attend to, follow up on, and resolve operational incidents, deviations, and complaints.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities for receiving, picking, shipping, and logistics.
• Lead and coordinate operational work teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Develop, train, and monitor the performance of the personnel in charge.
• Analyze operational results and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Generate and follow up on action plans derived from operational incidents.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 hours.

• Schedule availability to attend to operational requirements, overtime, and business needs when the operation requires it.
