Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial, or related field (degree preferred).
• Conversational English.
• Proficiency in Office suite. Experience in WMS and Blue Yonder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational support and operational startups.
• Experience in analysis and resolution of operational incidents.

Main Functions:

• Configure and execute operational scenario tests within the system.
• Participate in the startup and implementation of new operations.
• Provide support to existing operations. Manage and follow up on site tickets and incidents.
• Validate operational and resolution scenarios in WMS.
• Maintain constant communication with operational teams. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize processes.
• Resolve incidents in a timely manner to ensure operational continuity.

Schedule:

Fixed with schedule availability

• 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

T-MEX Park, Nextlalpan, Estado de México
