Work Zone: Tultitlán

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:30 with availability for schedule changes and weekends.

Main functions:

• Management of the receiving, inventory, and shipping area regarding Quality matters.
• Management of the customer system for material rejections.
• Follow-up on material rejections and returns.
• Quality inspections of received materials.
• Ensuring that operational processes are met with quality.
• Constant communication with the International Export Operations team in the United States.
• Constant communication with destination plants (International Customers).
• Follow-up on the quality management system, updating documents, and attention to internal and external audits.
• Closing of preventive and corrective actions for operational discrepancies (CAPA, 8D's, 5Why's, Ishikawa).
• Management of return or destruction of non-conforming materials.
• Development of packaging improvements with various suppliers.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Eng., Industrial Eng., or related. Conversational English Indispensable 80% or more. Experience in logistics, warehouse administration. Experience in personnel management. Availability for shift roles. Advanced skill in handling Excel, Word, Power Point. Schedule availability. Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) desirable.
