Reporting to the Agency Director, your role is to support your employees in order to guarantee the achievement of set budgetary objectives, while ensuring the quality of the service provided to customers in compliance with current regulations and processes.

In this context, you will be required to perform the following main tasks: Management: You steer and optimally organize the operational activity of two departments: Chartering and Automotive Service (direct management of 7 people). You are the guarantor of the company values and culture;

Operations: You select and prospect subcontractors according to Transport imperatives; You negotiate the purchase and sale of transport services You are responsible for the margin of your products according to budgetary objectives; You analyze and respond to tenders from our customers and prospects.

Analysis: You monitor performance indicators, analyze them, and propose corresponding corrective actions. Beyond professional skills, we are looking for soft skills based on Respect and Results. Our integration process will allow you to discover our Company, our professions, and our values.

What are the indispensable prerequisites to apply?

• You have significant experience in chartering and team management (min 5 years in a similar position);
• You have a commercial flair and a customer-oriented mindset;
• Professional English min B2.
