Your tasks

In DHL Express Customs Customer Service, all inquiries from our customers (m/f/d) regarding the customs clearance of shipments are answered. • First direct contact person for our DHL Express customers (m/f/d) in various customs matters
• Answering incoming calls to our customs service hotline
• Written and telephone customer contact to obtain necessary documents for import and export customs clearance as well as processing complaints
• Internal contact person (m/f/d) for other departments regarding shipments in the customs clearance process

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK)
• Professional experience in customer service (e.g., Call Center) and/or in direct customer contact
• Initial customs knowledge or interest in the logistics sector is an advantage
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel)
• Confident English skills in speaking and writing, further foreign language skills are an advantage

For this exciting task, a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 2,820.24 (basis 38.5 h/week, according to the collective agreement for forwarding employees, employment group B) is offered. In addition to this, a commission is paid upon achievement of targets.

The minimum salary for the position as Customer Service Representative in Customs (f/m/d) is EUR 2,820.24 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
