Industrial Engineering University Intern - DHL Operations Apprenticeship Contract

Support the preparation, coordination, monitoring, and validation of company projects from an operations perspective and the lease renewals required to ensure business continuity.

In turn, the operations intern provides support regarding the preparation of Business Cases and other administrative functions of the area related to supplier monitoring, control of audit procedures, and compliance with them.

Support in operational activities and initiatives, time studies, report generation, presentation and updating of the DEX database, and support in the reporting process and detailed task monitoring with stakeholders.

Key Task:

• Preparation of weekly reports monitoring project progress and tasks related to their execution.
• Support in the preparation of lease renewal projects for retail facilities.
• Support in the preparation of lease renewal projects for operational facilities.
• Support in the document management of suppliers for the operational area.
• Support in the preparation of Business Cases related to operational requirements.
• Daily monitoring of tasks related to ongoing projects with each of the responsible parties in line with established deadlines.
• Support project planning and monitoring by updating schedules and project documentation.
• Preparation of reports and/or supporting material related to the monitoring of projects and operational processes.
• Provide support in identifying risks, difficulties, and improvement opportunities in the execution of a project.
• Support for operational and administrative requirements of the area.
• Support in the presentation and updating of the DEX database.
• Team monitoring with operational area leaders regarding audit requirements and compliance with procedures.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to strategic processes of the operation.
