Your mission

As Import Leader, you will be a strategic ally to the Customs Supervisor, guaranteeing operational efficiency, the proper balance of workloads, monitoring team performance, and the continuity of processes to achieve business objectives.

You will be a fundamental piece in connecting people, processes, and results in a dynamic and high-impact environment.

What will you do in this role?

  • Lead and monitor the daily import operation.
  • Coordinate requirements and incidents with internal and external customers.
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and quality indicators.
  • Support the team in managing critical cases and decision-making.
  • Guarantee the traceability and correct execution of customs processes.
  • Participate in meetings with customers and support executive presentations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation initiatives.
  • Act as a backup for the Import Supervisor when necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional, technician, or technologist in Foreign Trade, Administration, or related careers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreign trade or related areas.
  • Knowledge of customs processes and tools such as MUISCA, Siglo XXI, VUCE, and Tramitex.
  • Proficiency in technological tools and operational reports.
  • Intermediate/advanced English
