Tariff Classification Agent

At DHL Express Colombia, we are looking for our next Classification Agent, a key role within the Customs - Operations team.

Role Purpose:

Execute all activities related to tariff classification, in both import and export processes, ensuring that each shipment complies with customs regulations and DHL Express operational standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Physical recognition and verification of merchandise
• Document and incident management
• Location, control, and safe handling of shipments
• Inspections alongside customs authorities
• Assurance of quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Technician, Technologist/Professional in Foreign Trade, administration, or related careers
• Previous experience in customs agencies performing inspections and tariff classification
• Basic/intermediate English
