Site supervisor

Key Responsibilities: On-Site Supervision & Management: Oversee daily ground operations, installation, and maintenance activities for M&E / electrical works on site.

Coordinate daily workflows, site activities, and shift assignments with technicians, sub-contractors, and site teams.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and installations comply with project specifications and standard operating procedures.

Monitor project progress against schedules and report delays or operational issues to the Project Manager/Engineer promptly.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations, risk assessments, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.

Conduct tool-box meetings, safety briefings, and ensure all site workers adhere to Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures and proper PPE requirements.

Liaise with Safety Officers, Main Contractors, and clients to resolve site issues and maintain safe working conditions.

Documentation & Technical Coordination: Read and interpret site drawings, electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout plans.

Maintain daily site logs, inspection reports, material delivery records, and site progress photos.

Verify site measurements and assist with material take-offs and equipment inventory management.

Job Requirements Higher Nitec / Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building/Construction, or a related field.

Relevant experience in site supervision, M&E works, or electrical installation projects.

Possession of valid Singapore safety certifications (e.g., BCSS / Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant) is an advantage.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage site personnel and sub-contractors effectively.

Willingness to work on-site and handle physical work conditions as required by project needs.
