The position:

Join a strategic mission within a major aeronautical group to contribute to the development and evolution of a global-scale data visualization platform. The project aims to centralize and consolidate physical security data across all the group's sites, ensuring the consistency, quality, and reliability of critical reporting.

As a Qlik Sense Developer, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of complex data visualization applications, interfacing directly with business teams and technical stakeholders. You will work in an Agile environment, alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to the quality and performance of the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under Qlik Sense, in accordance with functional specifications and UX best practices
• Lead scoping and requirements gathering workshops with business teams and end users, in the role of Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Standardize and optimize existing dashboards in terms of quality, visual consistency, performance, and ergonomics
• Perform data modeling and the logical architecture of data connectors, in collaboration with the data teams
• Conduct functional tests and validate User Stories and anomalies before production deployment
• Identify and propose areas for continuous improvement regarding data quality, execution performance, and user experience
• Participate in technical and business exchanges with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment

Profile sought:

Indispensable:

• Confirmed mastery of Qlik Sense (advanced development, data load scripting, expressions, creation of visualizations)
• Solid experience in data modeling and decision-making architecture
• Proven skills in business needs analysis and functional gathering (user stories, specifications)
• Expertise in testing and functional validation of data visualization applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong writing abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, define scopes, and interact with technical and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in professional English (fluent communication with teams)
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum working environment

Strongly appreciated:

• Knowledge of data warehouse architectures and ETL/ELT concepts
• Experience with complementary visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices applied to reporting and dashboards
• Experience in the aeronautical, defense, or manufacturing industry sectors
• Capabilities in technical documentation and the creation of user guides
