Senior Process Consultant - IT Governance (M/F)

The position:

We are offering you a strategic mission with a large international group in the specialized retail sector, within its Enterprise Applications & Architecture department. You will support the definition of the group's application standards and manage the associated transformation roadmaps, as part of an ambitious technological modernization program.

You will intervene on two complementary axes: the definition and governance of application standards by business category (ERP, PIM, Pricing, OMS, WMS, TMS, IMS, Integration Layer, Data Platform) and the construction, consolidation, and monitoring of transformation roadmaps for different countries and operational entities to converge toward these standards.

You will evolve in a technically rich environment, marked by high organizational and geographical complexity, with a focus on strategic alignment between business needs and IT architecture. The approach will be collaborative and iterative, involving numerous co-construction workshops with regional stakeholders and IT management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate business, architecture, and regional IT management stakeholders
• Conduct evaluation and decision-making workshops to validate standards
• Formalize and document application standards in the appropriate governance tools (SAP LeanIX)
• Define a coherent group roadmap model adaptable to regional contexts
• Build and monitor transformation trajectories by country and operational entity
• Produce monitoring indicators and governance reporting for steering committees
• Identify and support the management of risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Document and communicate decisions and their impacts to stakeholders

Profile sought:

Indispensable:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a senior consultant in application architecture or IT governance
• Mastery of ITIL and IT governance principles
• Proven experience in application transformation programs on an international scale
• Solid knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain (WMS, TMS, OMS), Data, and integration layer domains
• Mastery of SAP LeanIX or equivalent application portfolio management tools
• Application portfolio rationalization and standards definition
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and animation skills with executive and multicultural stakeholders
• Fluent English (indispensable for interaction with international teams)
• Organizational and management capabilities for complex projects in a matrix environment

Strongly appreciated:

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture or frameworks such as TOGAF
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and the modern ERP ecosystem
• Experience in international or multi-site groups
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies applied to application transformations
• Experience in change management and organizational transition management
• Knowledge of the retail, logistics, or industrial sectors
