Operations Assistant - OPE 2026

Requirements: Languages: An intermediate level of English and/or French is required. Other languages will be positively valued.

Ability to work in a team, person accustomed to working under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Schedule flexibility: the position requires working weekends and holidays.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Main functions: Customer service via email, telephone, and in person, related to schedules, rates, necessary travel documentation, products, etc.

Ticket sales, reservation management, printing boarding passes, verification of travel documents (residency discounts, large family status, etc.).

Management of files, lists, and all documentation necessary to present or send to the various authorities involved.

Embarkation and disembarkation of vehicles and passengers.
