M&E project co-ordinator

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing Mechanical & Electrical works for construction projects.

1. Coordinate M&E works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.
2. Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers on project matters.
3. Review M&E shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
4. Monitor site progress, ensure works are carried out as per schedule, quality and safety standards.
5. Attend site meetings, coordinate and resolve technical issues on site.
6. Prepare progress reports, documentation and as-built drawings.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations and authority requirements.

Requirements

1. Candidate must have past experience in M&E coordination work (min. 2-3 years preferred).
2. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3. Familiar with Singapore codes and regulations.
4. Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Able to work independently and work on-site.
