Junior Marketing Executive

About the company

Dezign Format is an experiential design and build company. We create exhibitions, events, brand activations and retail fit-out, from concept and design through fabrication, installation and handover. Every project is bespoke, the timelines are real, and the standards are high. Marketing is a small team here, which means you will be close to everything it produces.

Your tasks

• Support, assist and execute marketing tasks with guidance from the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive
• Produce and prepare marketing collateral across print and digital platforms
• Help maintain brand consistency across everything we publish
• Support ad hoc tasks and cross-departmental assignments as required

Requirements

We are looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn marketing properly, across all of it.

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to deliver high-quality work even under tight deadlines
• A keen eye for aesthetics, design and brand consistency
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Detailed, able to prioritise and manage several responsibilities at once
• Adaptable, resilient and receptive to feedback, with a continuous drive to improve

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Lightroom
• Competence in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• A strong interest in copywriting
• Basic foundational knowledge of Meta, WordPress, Mailchimp, GEO and SEO, SEM and Google Ads is a plus
