Senior Regional HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Practictioner to support our growing APAC operations. You will work closely with the Regional HR Manager, country managers and HQ to manage HR operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across APAC offices (Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand).
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, probation, transfers and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and HR administration with HQ and external vendors.
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews as well as offer coordination.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Support employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records in system.
• Assist HR manager in developing HR policies in all APAC countries.
• Work closely with country heads and employees to resolve HR matters and provide HR support.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience , preferably with regional/APAC exposure.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage.
