  1. Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2015, including preparing/reviewing work process documents.
  2. Coordinate and track the status of project quality documents with various departments (Project Engineer, QA/QC Inspector, Document Control, Production, Procurement).
  3. Audit Fabrication/Production work to ensure compliance with approved documents and verify calibration certificates of measuring instruments.
  4. Prepare and track Nonconformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective Action Requests (CAR), including collecting data for root cause analysis.
  5. Support the preparation of plans and documents for Internal Audit and External Audit (customers/certification bodies).
  6. Verify quality documents from Suppliers/Subcontractors, such as Material Certificate, Inspection Report, and Calibration Certificate.
  7. Support the preparation of Manufacturing Data Record (MDR), Quality Dossier, and complete project summary documents.
  8. Prepare periodic quality reports, summarize document status, summarize NCRs, and include Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Welding Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. 0–2 years of experience in QA/QC Engineering, Manufacturing (Fabrication), or EPCI (New graduates are welcome). Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, engineering, manufacturing processes, welding, or inspection work will be specially considered. Understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and basic technical documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic document management systems. Basic ability to read and write technical English. Detail-oriented, responsible, systematic in working, and ready to learn new things.
