Sustainable and technological production processes make Castelatto a nationally and internationally recognized brand, concepts that, associated with innovation, make the brand Top Of Mind in the sector, and the first to belong to the Green Building Council Brasil – a non-governmental organization that aims to foster sustainable construction around the world.Learn more about our brand at: dex.coResponsibilities and assignmentsExecute the established strategy for each category in the Overseas market (Middle East, Africa, and Europe): GTM, commercial dynamics that stimulate brand growth, strengthening relationships with influencers (sellers, specifiers, architects, and clients);Capture market information;Manage commercial representatives (evaluate performance, relevance, opportunities);Responsible for: quotation, placing orders, sending information requested by clients;Develop and execute commercial dynamics that stimulate Sell-in and Sell-out;Have an intense sales routine: in-person and online;Special project management: certifications, new product development, etc;Master all market information: competitors, market profile, clients, current market situation, product and economic trends, price scale for decision-making and evaluation of profitability and area performance;Prepare reports and presentations on the performance of your markets;Participation in fairs, events, and business rounds;Training and capacity building: in-person and online;Follow-up with credit regarding clients' financial situation and needs.Requirements and qualificationsDegree in Foreign Trade or related areas;Advanced/fluent English (mandatory);Spanish (a plus)Availability to travel;SC/Criciúma (preference) or SP/Água Branca;100% In-person.Additional informationAligned with our organizational culture, we care for life wherever it is.
