Mid-Level Export Analyst
We are looking for a Mid-Level Export Analyst for the DECA/Revestimentos Cerâmicos business unit. Responsibilities and duties
- Management of the order portfolio and monitoring of goods readiness;
- Order implementation, load formation, and shipment scheduling;
- Follow-up of orders/shipments to customers;
- Interface with support areas (logistics, production, finance, marketing, among others);
- Interface with the customer seeking to solve their needs;
- Registration of customers and representatives.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education in Comercio exterior, Administração, Engenharia, or related areas;
- Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory);
- Desirable experience in the foreign trade area;
- Mastery of analyses and reports in Excel;
- Analytical profile and logical reasoning;
- Preference for residing in Criciúma or nearby regions, on-site work.
