Responsibilities:

Sales strategy & growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the KSA market.

Client acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation, and referrals, focusing on industries requiring IT and bespoke engineering solutions.

Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client needs are understood and met through tailored service offerings.

Market expansion: Expand the company’s presence in the target regions by identifying emerging market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Proposal development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of our services.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (delivery, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Performance metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth, sales cycle progress, and client retention rates.

Negotiation & closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, securing deals that align with company goals and client expectations.

Travel: Travel within KSA for client meetings and industry events as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, software engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within IT or bespoke engineering services.

Experience selling business solutions like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce is a plus.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the KSA region.

Strong knowledge of the KSA market, including key industry players and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a cross-functional team.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.

Willingness to travel across the assigned regions.
