Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. Develop comprehensive, realistic project plans, timelines, and milestones. Resource & Budget Management: Estimate required resources, track utilization, and manage project allocations effectively. Monitor project budgets and assist in cost-control measures. Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and motivate project team members, delegating tasks according to individual strengths and capacities. Foster a cooperative culture and keep teams aligned on targets. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep early; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates. Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and clients. Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain clean, comprehensive project documentation. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and optimize internal processes.

Requirements:

3-5 years of hands-on project management experience delivering successful projects in a [e.g., Tech, Consulting, Agency, or Corporate] environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of standard project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Proficiency with project management and collaboration software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Notion, or Confluence) and workspace suites (Google Workspace, MS Office). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities. Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
