QA Tester / Test Lead (M/F)

In the Product & Project Management tribe, our mission is to understand business and technological challenges and to cultivate a product culture among our key accounts. Concretely, we aim to continuously design, implement, and promote digital products and services that have an impact on their core business activities. You want to work on critical digital systems by guaranteeing their quality, reliability, and performance, within the Business or IT Departments of our clients who are leaders in the luxury/retail, energy/industry, or banking/finance sectors. 🎯 Your missions Design, develop, and maintain back-end / front-end tests Define the test strategy (functional, technical, API, performance, security tests) Write detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios Execute manual and automated test campaigns Test APIs Develop automated tests Participate in functional validation with business users (acceptance testing / UAT) Support users during testing phases and collect their feedback Manage anomaly tracking (qualification, prioritization, reporting, validation of fixes) Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrating tests Analyze test results, produce quality reports and indicators Participate in agile rituals and collaborate closely with developers, PO, BA, and DevOps Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools 🛠️ Tools & technologies API Testing: Postman, SoapUI, Swagger Automation: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, Cucumber Languages: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Databases: SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL…

✅ Profile sought Master's degree (Bac+5), with a minimum of 4 years of IT experience Experience in test environments across different business sectors:

• Luxury / Retail: e-commerce, omnichannel, customer journey, order management, payments, OMS
• Energy / Industry: industrial systems, monitoring tools, flow management, and technical data

• Banking / Insurance: financial applications, payment systems, regulatory compliance

Ability to evolve in an agile and international environment (B2 level in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory)
