As a Tech Lead Java within Devoteam, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of key software solutions. You will lead a team of experienced developers and work in close collaboration with our architects, project managers, and clients to ensure the success of our projects. Responsibilities:        ● Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java and Angular.        ● Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and in-depth expertise.        ● Collaborate with software architects to define the technical architecture of projects.        ● Work closely with teams and project managers to understand functional needs and translate them into efficient technical solutions.         ● Ensure code quality, performance, and security of the developed applications.         ● Actively participate in discussions on improving development processes and adopting best practices.         ● Stay up to date with the latest trends and technological evolutions in the fields of Java 

As a Tech Lead Java, it is necessary to have skills and qualities in software development, management, and project management:        ● You have proven experience as a Java Developer and as a technical leader         ● You have perfect mastery of one or more languages in the Java world and show a particular interest and expertise in application architecture

      ● You are curious about several fields of computer science: web-front,

mobile apps, backend API, Full Stack,, etc.

      ● You are able to understand the technical possibilities available and to express them in the product, to optimize it in terms of cost, effort,

etc.      ● You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.        ● You have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and to dispatch tasks strategically.        ● You have a deep understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and development best practices.        ● You have good knowledge of agile development tools and methodologies.        ● You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
