Become a technical reference and a leader by joining Devoteam: As a Tech Lead Fullstack Java, you will intervene at our clients' sites to: 👨‍💻 Your main missions: ✅ Drive the architecture and technological choices of Java / Angular or React projects, ensuring the performance and scalability of applications

✅ Supervise and support development teams by sharing your expertise and ensuring the skill development of developers

✅ Guarantee code and deliverable quality, by defining best practices, development standards, and code reviews

✅ Participate in the modernization of the application landscape, by proposing suitable solutions and integrating new technologies

✅ Design and develop Java Spring applications on the back-end side and Angular / React on the front-end side

✅ Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, by integrating DevOps practices to improve automation and continuous delivery

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development, including an initial experience in technical leadership
• Mastery of Java and the Spring Boot framework, as well as software architecture concepts and scalable application design

• Advanced experience in front-end development with Angular or React, and a good understanding of SPA architectures
• Solid skills in databases, both relational ( MySQL, PostgreSQL ) and NoSQL ( MongoDB, Redis )

• Leadership and the ability to supervise a team, lead code reviews, and support the skill development of developers
• Consulting mindset and strategic vision, to guide technological choices and optimize application performance

And ideally: ➕ Experience in the design and implementation of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)

➕ Mastery of Docker, Kubernetes tools, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

➕ Awareness of cybersecurity issues and secure development best practices

➕ Experience or interest in AI (Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision…) would be a plus 🚀 Ready to take the technical reins of large-scale projects and evolve a team towards excellence?
