To contribute to these evolutions, we are looking for a Team Leader / Data & AI Engineer consultant wishing to join a collective of about ten consultants specialized in Data & AI Engineering in Nantes.

💪 Your missions:

“Off-production”, you take on the role of Team Leader. Your main mission? Supervise, guide, and develop the talents of your team while actively contributing to the growth of the agency. Management and leadership: You will be responsible for supporting and developing the consultants in your squad. You will coordinate HR actions, manage career paths, and be a true reference for your employees regarding professional development.

Squad animation: You will participate in animating weekly meetings to exchange with your team, transmit strategic information, and unite around common objectives. You will be in charge of transmitting best practices and managing expertise within your team.

Performance management: You will ensure that the consultants in your squad are regularly evaluated and supported in their missions to ensure their professional development.

Business development: You will play an important role in the development of the Data / AI offering, by identifying new business opportunities, developing new offers, championing convictions, and actively contributing through pre-sales to winning data & AI projects.

Activity management and steering: Monitoring and reporting of the team's performance indicators, defining optimization action plans, budgetary and forecasting management.

“In production”, you take on a role as Lead Tech Data & AI at your clients' sites, involving: Proposing architectures and technical solutions relevant to the client's Data and AI challenges

Participating, guiding, and being a driving force in technological choices for the Modern Data Stack (MDS) and AI services

Supporting business teams in the definition, prioritization, and scoping of their Data and Artificial Intelligence use cases

Working with DevOps/SRE teams on the automation of data environments via CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Designing and modeling robust and secure Cloud Native architectures (Data Lakehouse, vector databases, ELT pipelines)

Defining the technical Roadmap for data and AI platforms (MLOps, orchestration) and steering its implementation

Implementing highly scalable, documented, and tested data pipelines (ELT/ETL), as well as integration flows for AI (RAG, LLM)

Supervising, mentoring, and steering technical engineering teams (Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, MLOps) on a daily basis

Defining and enforcing software development best practices (unit tests, CI/CD, versioning, observability) applied to the data world

Supporting the implementation of data governance and steering the FinOps strategy to optimize Cloud storage and computing costs

Orchestration: Airflow, Prefect or Dagster

Infrastructure As Code (IaC): Terraform

Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (for the deployment of Data/AI applications)

CI/CD & Versioning: Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI

Software Practices: Testing (Great Expectations, dbt-tests), CI/CD applied to data, API design (FastAPI)

Leadership & Methodology: Team mentoring, Agile/Scrum methodology, popularization of AI for business
