You will combine consulting activities for our clients with the responsibility of developing and animating the Squad. 🎯 Your responsibilities: Embody our expertise for clients Support CIOs in managing their transformation projects and programs. Mobilize your expertise in project governance, agility, and change management to secure results and promote adoption. Evolve delivery practices and support teams in their implementation. Grow talents Manage and support the Career Managers within your scope. Drive skill development and career paths for consultants alongside them. Contribute to the recruitment of consultants and the Squad's expertise referents. Unite an expert community Provide direction to the Project & Agility community and create a collective dynamic. Organize feedback sessions, workshops, and upskilling initiatives. Capitalize on methods and achievements to disseminate best practices. Structure and carry our offerings Build the Squad's value proposition based on the needs of key accounts. Transform the community's expertise into concrete and differentiating offerings.
🎓 Your Qualifications: You have at least 10 years of experience in project management, program management, or transformation, ideally in a consulting firm or an ESN. You combine solid expertise in project management with mastery of agile approaches and change management. You have successful experience in management, coaching, or animating an expert community. You hold a recognized certification in your field: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent. You understand the challenges of key accounts and, ideally, the Lyon economic ecosystem. Your English allows you to operate easily in an international environment. Your ability to unite people will make the difference. You know how to assert a point of view, advance your teams, and present an offering with conviction. You combine vision, customer focus, and the ability to turn your ideas into reality.
