SOC Service Delivery Manager

We are looking to permanently recruit a Security Service Delivery Manager for our Cyber project Unit with 5+ years of experience in a SOC / MSSP environment, including at least 2 years in service delivery, team leadership, or customer service management. Hybrid work modality (3 days remote, 2 days in-person in Madrid or Barcelona city) Necessary technologies:

Microsoft Sentinel, PaloAlto XSIAM, CrowdStrike NGSIEM, CrowdStrike Falcon, Sophos Intercept X, Sentinel One, Microsoft defender ATP Functions: Take charge of the daily delivery of SOC services for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring that contractual SLAs and KPIs are systematically met. Act as the main escalation point and trusted contact person for client stakeholders, from technical managers to CISOs. Lead periodic service review meetings (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) with clients, presenting incident trends, SLA compliance, and improvement plans. Manage client expectations proactively, translating technical details into clear and business-relevant language, aimed at stakeholders without technical knowledge.
