We are looking to hire a Senior MuleSoft Developer with solid experience in the various solutions of the MuleSoft ecosystem. This role will be part of our development teams, collaborating in the construction of integration and data solutions of the highest functional and technical quality for our clients. Main Responsibilities Design MuleSoft integration architectures under the API-Led Connectivity approach, aligned with the technical and business objectives of each client. Implement high-quality technical solutions, in compliance with the functional and non-functional requirements defined for each project. Supervise the integration of APIs and Mule flows, guaranteeing correct connectivity between systems, as well as their security, scalability, and performance. Actively participate in development teams under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to planning, estimation, and continuous delivery. Collaborate in quality processes: peer-review of code, technical documentation, and definition of standards and governance best practices in Anypoint Platform. Support and/or lead the technical design of integrations: API contracts, data mappings, error handling strategies, and resilience. Document APIs and reusable assets using Anypoint Exchange and MuleSoft design tools. Interact directly with clients, gathering requirements, communicating progress, and providing business-oriented solutions. Maintain and support existing solutions: debugging, performance optimization, and improvement of observability. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in API and integration development (implementation, testing, hardening). Proficiency in MuleSoft Studio, DataWeave, MUnit, API Manager, and Anypoint Exchange. Experience in design and management of the API lifecycle under the API-Led Connectivity approach. Knowledge of RAML and/or OAS (OpenAPI) for API design and documentation. Experience in integration with heterogeneous systems: REST, SOAP, JDBC, (S)FTP, JMS, CRMs, and ERPs. Knowledge of applied security: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, mTLS, and use of security policies in MuleSoft. Handling of Git, CI/CD pipelines, code quality practices, and troubleshooting in runtime. Asynchronous integrations, MuleSoft VM queues, messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)... Review of Observability in Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub logs, use of observability tools such as Elastic, Azure Monitor, Datadog... Self-management capacity: effective organization of tasks, proactive follow-up, and delivery without constant supervision. Communication skills with clients: active listening, presentation of solutions, and expectation management. Experience in technical leadership: ability to guide and supervise other team members, perform code reviews, define technical standards, and serve as a reference for junior and mid profiles.

Education: University degree in Engineering, Big Data, or a related field. Languages: Minimum B1 English. Official MuleSoft certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2), MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
