Join our Lyon team on impactful projects, in an environment conducive to training and continuous development. Our clients are major accounts from various business sectors (Industry, Transport, Logistics, Banking, Insurance, Energy...). At the heart of major transformation projects, you are the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into concrete and innovative data solutions. Your missions: Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities through data valorization.
Collect, challenge, and formalize functional and technical requirements for data & analytics projects.
Collaborate closely with technical teams (Data Engineers, Data Scientists) to design adapted and high-performance solutions.
Participate in data modeling and the design of data flows.
Support end users in the takeover and adoption of analysis tools (BI, reportings).
You are a graduate of a business or engineering school (Master's degree) and have at least 4 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, with a strong data component. You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is indispensable. Expected skills: Mastery of the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem (Power Query, DAX) and the design of UX/UI-oriented dashboards.
Solid knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modeling principles (star schema, Snowflake).
Experience with data integration tools such as Talend or Informatica and a good understanding of the Microsoft Fabric environment.
Ability to understand business challenges and translate needs into relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
